Why did Prince William hired a divorce lawyer in the middle of Kate Middleton cancer?

Even if he hired the lawyers for his deceased mother in divorce, there is nothing to fear for the royal couple. Kate Middleton returned to public tasks after announcing her remission after her cancer diagnosis and thanked her husband for her continuous support. It also comes after William described his new changes for the Earthshot Prize prices: “I can only describe what I am trying to do, and it’s I try to do it differently and I try to do it for my generation.
