Simply say the word and we can make a call to the acid queen and send a pinball. Roger Daltrey, at 81, says that his life slowly begins to reflect the protagonist of Who’s Rock Opera, Tommy – A moment in a complete circle that he takes with a huge sense of humor. “The joys of aging mean that you are getting deaf. I also now have the joy of becoming blind,” said the front man during his annual program of teenage confidence on March 30. “Fortunately, I always have my voice, because then I will have a complete Tommy.” Sky News reports that later in the show, DalTrey’s teammate Pete Townshend told the public that he had replaced his left knee over a month ago. “Maybe I should bid the old one,” he joked. Daltrey had previously indicated that he was 33% of Tommy Walker, admitting that in 2018, he was “very, very deaf” decades which are surrounded by strong music. (“Take your fucking ears to concerts,” he advised.) So now, it’s time to see it, feel it, touch it and heal it.
