Payton McNabb, a former high school volleyball player, joined President Donald Trump for his speech at Congress on Tuesday evening.
McNabb was 17 years old when a ball pointed out with a trans opponent with force struck her in the face, threw her on the ground and left her unconscious while she was playing a volleyball match in September 2022.
She has since campaigned to prevent trans athletes who participate in female sports, which won her two presidential honors.
McNabb was one of the many female athletes gathered inside the White House last month to see President Trump sign the decree “No Men in Women’s Sports” at the White House last month.
She was a guest of the commander -in -chief during her speech at the Congress and was held with delighted applause of the Republicans when he mentioned her name.

Who is Payton McNabb?
Payton McNabb of County Cherkee, North Carolina, was a junior in Hiwassee Dam High School when a volleyball match changed his life.
During a confrontation in high school, the 17 -year -old was struck in the face by a bullet traveling to 70 mph.
The tip came from a 5 -footer -11 -inch player on the Lycée des Highlands opposing and its power sent McNabb to the ground.
McNabb was struck unconscious for 30 seconds on the ground, the vertical locked arms in a “fence” position – an involuntary posture which is often a sign of concussion or a brain damage.
The trans opponent and some of his teammates have categorized pleasure, previously said McNabb in Dailymail.com.
It was his last day playing volleyball.

What happened to Payton McNabb?
Doctors have diagnosed McNabb with a traumatic cerebral lesion, a concussion, a paralysis on its right side, its cervical boost and its vision problems.
The physical damage ended his dreams of obtaining a volleyball scholarship and made walking difficult without falling.
McNabb says that she continues to fight to move the right side of her body – the lover to lose her balance regularly and suffer from falls.

Why was she invited to the White House?
Having known in the first hand the dangerous advantage of physical imbalance that biological men have, McNabb has since devoted itself to denouncing the trans athletes that participate in female sport.
Now ambassador of the independent women forum, McNabb alongside his compatriot Ambassador Riley Gaines was a frank voice in the cause.
In April 2023, Payton decided to testify to the General Assembly of North Carolina in favor of equity in the Women’s Sports bill, sharing its history publicly for the first time.
“I may be the first to come before you with an injury, but if it does not pass, I will not be the last,” she said at the time, calling a bill preventing men born to participate in women’s sports competitions.
Shortly after, North Carolina prohibited Trans athletes from participating in female sports at college, high and college levels.
