A high -tension politician seized the Maharashtra, one day before the Western state went to the polls. The national secretary general of Bharatiya Janata (BJP), Vinod Tawde, was accused by the regional dress Bahujan Vikas Aghadi (BVA) of distributing money to influence voters in Palghar.

Allegations against Vinod Tawde of the BJP
Tuesday, November 19, chaotic scenes emerged from a hotel by Virar East where the workers of Bahujan Vikas Aghadi (BVA) gheraoed the BJP Tawde on liquidity allegations.
A video has surfaced on social networks showing that BVA workers are storming the Vivanta hotel and launching money in the face of the BJP secretary general.
The incident took place during a meeting between Tawde and the candidate of the BJP Nalasopara Assembly, Rajan Naik. BVA workers disrupted the meeting, alleging the distribution of species to participants.

BJP reacts
The BJP reduced the allegations of liquidity against Tawde, which says it was at the Virar hotel to discuss the electoral procedure.

“I had a brief meeting with the candidate and I was about to leave when the BVA workers came. They thought I was distributing money. The EC staff came (and) they checked my vehicle, (but) they found nothing. That there is (one) investigation into the allegations they make, ”said Tawde Ht.
