While we arrive at the end of The white lotus Season three, there are still so many questions. Among them: why does this season feel slower than usual? Who is the biggest white friend? Where will Lochlan decide to go to university? And where Chelsea obtains its endless supply of Mignons highs?
Of course, the greatest mystery remaining is who will die. As with each episode of The white lotusDeath takes a back seat from the whole interpersonal drama until we realize that the final is fast approaching. Remember that the adventure in Thailand has opened with a teasing that was something from Tchekhov – punchots that sound in the station. Are these linked to the body that the son of Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) Zion (Nicholas Duvernay) finds floating in the water? Or is it a bad orientation, and we will see a piece of violence not linked to violence in the opulent property? Everything could happen within 90 minutes of Sunday evening White lotus Final, especially if you take into account some of the theories of fans circulating. Speaking of this, decompos them.
The monkeys shoot people.
One of the most bananas – see what I did there? – Theories that have obtained a certain traction on the internet is that the sounds of gunshots that we hear when the first is opened come from a monkey that seized a firearm. Now look, the GAI of Gaitok security (Thapthimthong Thapthimthong) has not been very careful with his firearm and the creator Mike White likes a touch of absurdity, but I still don’t think we will see a primate go all John Wick on everyone. (For what it’s worth, Michelle Monaghan also closed it.)
Timothy will poison at least some members of his family.
Characters at The white lotus This season, the corrupt businessman Timothy Ratliff (Jason Isaacs) has most thought of death. Initially, he was focused on suicidal ideas. He stole the Gaitok pistol and held it at his temple, too afraid to deceive relaxation for fear of the pain he would cause family members. In the penultimate episode, however, he begins to add a murder in his fantasies. His wife Victoria (Parker Posey) cannot imagine living without his richness and his Saxon son (Patrick Schwarzenegger) explains that his dream of being like his father is all he has. Realizing that they would be desperate if they discovered that Timothy led them in financial ruins, he begins to imagine killing them too. But there is now a hitch in this theory: he has not had the pistol since Gaitok folded it from the chest of the drawers where Timothy hid him. Another possible murder weapon? The mortal fruits growing on their compound from what is known as a “suicide”. The trailer of the Victoria Cup final saying: “No one lived better than us” to a photo of the saxon mixer. Maybe Timothy slipped part of the toxic fruits in the protein shake of his Golden Boy?
Lochlan drowns.
What if Timothy was not responsible for one of the death of his children? For some time, there has been speculation that Lochlan (Sam Nivola), our confused teenager who made a handjob to his brother, meets an aqueous end. Theories come from a few sources, including the fact that the Nivola title card is associated with an image of a floating man and that he entered a sensory deprivation reservoir. However, it seems to me to be a range.
Chelsea is on the way to a Final destination situation.
It would be so mean. Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) is the tart at my absolute dear of this season. She likes her older boyfriend Rick (Walton Goggins) despite all her faults, has the best reaction faces and it’s just a real time. That said, she was in the hotel shop when she was stolen under the threat of a firearm and was bitten by a poisonous snake shortly after. Chelsea is exploited in the kind of thought that recognizes that bad things come in three years, so maybe it is in a tragic end. I hope not.
Rick’s dad problems come to bite him into the ass.
Rick de Goggins was in secondary quest in Bangkok all season to find the man who, according to him, killed his father, Jim Hollinger (Scott Glenn), who owns The white lotus Property with his Thai wife Sritala (Lek Patravadi). In the seventh episode, Rick finally faces Jim, an old man with a fragile air. Rick, despite bringing a gun, will not complete Inigo Montoya and kills him. Instead, he turns the chair and Jim’s bolts.
Speculation was widespread on this interaction, which brings us to some convincing sub-seniories an idea: Jim is not in fact the man who killed Rick’s father, but Rick’s father himself. It seems reasonable. Less reasonable, but always fascinating: a theory that Sritala is actually Rick’s father.
Should one or the other of these be true, what does it mean for Rick’s fate? The notions of Filicide seem to be all the rage this season, so a possibility is that Jim takes revenge and puts a blow on his own son, which makes the whole matter particularly sad.
Mook is not so soft.
My flows have suspected that the wellness mentor Mook (Lalisa Manobal, alias Global Pop Star Lisa) is a femme fatale. I’m not sure to buy this, but the argument says that she attracted Gaitok to a sort of trap. She could even work with the Russians, which we now know how to steal the hotel gift shop. I think people can just make her eye because she’s pretty, however.
Greg is there again.
We absolutely know that Greg Hunt (Jon Gries) is able to have someone killed. After all, he orchestrated the death of his ex-wife Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge). The gays, they were trying to assassinate him. Is it up to his old manners? And if so: who is obtained? For my part, I doubt that it is Belinda. That the two seem too obvious and not in the spirit of White lotus death. Belinda, for two seasons, was only a lighthouse of light. In this spirit, Greg may turn his anger against his Quebec girlfriend Chloé (Charlotte Le Bon), a chaos agent who participated in the trio with the Ratliff guys. Again, what if Greg is the one who bites him? Honestly, it would be a relief. It is such a threat.
