India is preparing to organize general elections, from next week. Lok Sabha’s polls will be held in seven phases from April 19 to June 1, with the counting of votes on June 4.
At 80, the Uttar Pradesh sends the most deputies to the lower room of the Parliament. It is one of the most crucial electoral states. Voting for the state of the Hindi belt will take place in the seven phases.

Up Lok Sabha Elections 2024
Out of the total of 80 Lok Sabha seats of the UP, 17 are reserved for candidates of the Caste (SC) communities (SC) listed and the others are not reserved.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha Party, the Bharatiya Janata (BJP) party won 62 of the 80 seats in the Uttar Pradesh, while the Bahujan Samaj (BSP) party led by the former chief minister Mayawati A won 10 seats.
Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party had managed to win only five seats and the congress was limited to a district. The ally of the BJP Apna Dal (Sonnel) had won two seats.
This time, the BJP is fighting in alliance with Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD), apna dal (s) directed by Anupriya Patel, Suheldev Bharatiya Samamj Party (SBSP) led by OM Prakash Rajbhar and Nirbal Indian Shoshit Hamara Aam Dal (Nishad) Party Party . The saffron party is expected to make gains in the west of Uttar Pradesh because of its RLD ally.
The BSP is solo, while the Akhilesh Yadav SP has linked to the congress for Lok Sabha’s polls. The Congress presents itself from 17 seats, while the SP and the other parties of India Alliance will present their candidates from the remaining 63 seats. The All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) is also in the scrum of UP and has teamed up with another regional outfit.

Phase 1: April 19
Saharanpur, Kairana, Muzzafarnagar, Bijnor, Nagina, Muradabad, Rampur and Pilibhit will go to the survey.
Phase 2: April 26
Amroha, Meerut, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr (SC), Aligarh and Mathura will vote.
Phase 3: May 7
Sambhal, Hathras, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Firozabad, MainPuri, Etah, Badaun, Aonla and Bareilly go by ballot.
Phase 4: May 13
Shahjahanpur (SC), Lakhimpur Kheri, Dhaurahara, Sitapur, Hardoi, Misrikh, Unnao, Farrukhabad, Etawah, Kannauj, Kanpur, Akbarpur and Bahraich will vote.
Phase 5: May 20
Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Amethi, Jalaun, Jhansi, Hamirpur, Banda, Fatehpur, Kaushambi, Barabanki, Faizabad, Kaiserganj and Gonda go to the ballots.
Phase 6: May 25
Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Phulpur, Allahabad, Ambedkarnagar, Shravasti, Dumariyaganj, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Lalganj (SC), Azamgarh, Jaunpur, Machhilshahr and Bhadohi vote.
Phase 7: June 1
Maharajganj, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Deoria, Bansgaon (SC), Ghosi, Salempur, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Mirzapur and Robertsganj (SC) will exercise their franchise.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is looking for a third mandate accordingly, will again appear from the Varanasi Lok Sabha headquarters. He had won the BJP district in the 2019 polls with a dark margin of 4,79,505 votes against candidate SP Shalini Yadav.
