Earthy accidentally collided with Alvarez and was left lying on the field and the other players immediately called for medical teams to come and help them.

They then rushed onto the pitch and after six minutes of treatment, during which the academy star was given oxygen, he was placed on a stretcher.

The stretcher was placed in the back of a medical truck which took him to the tunnel to receive further treatment.

West Ham posted a message of support for Earthy on X.
