New York (AP) – A key witness looked at Harvey Weinstein And suddenly pointed to her when she left the court in Sobs on Tuesday, scoring one of the most lively points of the former boss of the studio ‘ Retaute of sexual crimes.

The point -of -the -tips confrontation came after Jessica Mann described Weinstein striking, dragging, undressing and violating with force in a hotel room in Beverly Hills, California, at the beginning of 2014, after she told her that she was going out with someone else.
“You owe me once again!” Weinstein yelled, according to Mann, who wiped his eyes and took breath lifting as she testified. Weinstein – Who denies having raped or sexually assaulted someone – briefly shook their heads looking from the defense table.
After Mann finished her story, she continued to cry and did not respond when a prosecutor asked if she needed a break. Judge Curtis Farber called one.
When Mann passed the defense table when she went out, she turned to the sitting Weinstein, targeted a finger on her eyes and then to him. It was not clear how much jurors I saw the gesture, and Mann did not answer a question outside the court on what she wanted to transmit.
After their departure, Weinstein’s lawyer Arthur Aidala asked a trial, as the defense has done several times before. He quoted Mann’s gesticulation, questioned his emotional manifestations and complained that he had not been asked about the alleged rape of Los Angeles, because Weinstein was not really charged with it.
The Oscar -winning producer is accused of having violated Mann on another occasion, in 2013 in New York, and of forcing oral sex on two other women separately in 2006. He pleaded not guilty to all accusations.
Farber denied the request for a trial, but suggested that Mann had told him not to make these movements anymore. The judge noted that he had also seen Weinstein react visibly and sometimes mumble during the trial.
Mann returned to the positions of the witnesses without looking at Weinstein, who looked at him with the stone face.
She started to testify during a daring morning. And it became more nervous in the afternoon, when Aidala began to question Mann, 39 Complex story with Weinstein73. She said that she had a consensual and reversed relationship with the Weinstein then married, but that he was volatile and raped it if she refused it.
In a declaration of opening last month, Aidala depicts Mann as a budding actor who had only voluntary sexual meetings with a Hollywood Bigwig that she thought could help her.
During the interrogation on Tuesday, the lawyer noted that she had accepted the invitations, dinners and walks of Weinstein and stressed the fact that she continued to see the producer after raping her. Aidala also focused on her testimony on Monday that she tried to reject Weinstein’s first sexual lead, but finally pretended to appreciate it.
Mann testified that she had given in because he would not let her leave, and she simulated an orgasm to express himself. Aidala has pressed details on how she had “lied” Weinstein.
“Meg Ryan in the restaurant,” replied Mann, referring to a memorable scene involving the character of Ryan in “When Harry met Sally …”
Mann explained that she had “made noises” and Aidala began to ask her to develop. Prosecutors jumped into the object. After a discussion out of the case between the lawyers and the judge, Aidala went to another question.
After the jurors and Mann returned home for the day, the prosecutor Matthew Colangelo complained that Aidala’s interrogations are “beyond the pale”. Aidala insisted that he “was never going to ask him to start moaning”, and he said that the question was relevant to Weinstein’s understanding of what happened between him and Mann.
Weinstein went from the cinema magnate to #MeToo Pariah in 2017, after allegations emerged that he had sexually harassed women and sexually abused for years. He was then found guilty of various sexual crimes in New York and California, but his conviction in New York was later overturnedleading to the new trial.
