We need an audit, the EU needs to step up, assurances that money poured into Bidens won’t influence before more aid is sent to Ukraine

On Tuesday’s show of Fox Business Network’s “Kennedy,” Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA) said he would not continue to support aid to Ukraine until the European Union match the aid already provided by the United States, there is a full audit of the money sent by America, there are assurances that the country has not had an illegitimate relationship with FTX, and ” the millions of dollars that have been paid to the Biden family by Ukraine over the years do not influence our foreign policy.”

McClintock said: “I supported initial aid to Ukraine because I believed that if they could defeat Russia or at least inflict massive damage on Russia, it would make other dictators around the world think twice. twice before attacking their neighbours. But of course we did now. Ukraine is above all a question of European security. Now you look at the numbers, the US has provided about $54 billion in aid to Ukraine through October 3…the EU only had $16 billion. So they have about half of our GDP. But they only provided about a third of the aid we have. Now, considering this is happening right on their doorstep, not ours. It seems to me that they must at least correspond to what we have already done. So that would be my first condition. And then I also believe there needs to be a full audit of where our money is going and we need assurances that Ukraine’s relationship with FTX is completely legitimate as Ukraine claims. And I think the American people would also like to be assured that the millions of dollars that have been paid to the Biden family by Ukraine over the years do not influence our foreign policy. So, for my part, I would not vote for another penny until these conditions are met.
