It’s the time of year when many college football players declare for the NFL draft.

“When I first committed here in 2019, I talked about taking “the road less traveled.” Damn, did I have any idea what that would really mean? Playing with 4 head coaches, 3 athletic directors, 4 coordinators and a global pandemic, my experience at UW has been nothing short of special,” Fowler said in his release.
Fowler then thanked his coaches, academic advisors, athletic trainers, teammates and everyone who helped him along his journey, before concluding his statement with a curveball.

“That being said, I am officially declaring myself on the job market. In other words, I need a job. If you know anyone who has a job opportunity, I’m your guy. Serious , hardworking, sneaky athletic, locker room dude, I’ll bring my lunch pail to work,” Fowler wrote.
“My LinkedIn is updated and I’m #OpenToWork.”
“Thank you, Husky Nation.”
