Walking the pace in the district of Mr. Rogers: NPR

For 25 years, François Clemmons played the role of Clemmons officer in the program of beloved children “Mister Rogers’ Quartier”. Clemmons joined the distribution of the show in 1968, becoming the first black actor to have a recurring role in a children’s television series.
