Virginia Giuffre asks for depositions from Prince Andrew’s former aide

Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre is to file two UK residents in her bathing suit for sex abuse, including former aide to His Royal Lowness who may have ‘relevant information’ regarding relationship with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein .

In a court filing on Friday, Giuffre’s lawyers asked British authorities to allow them to depose the aide, Robert Olney, as well as a person named Shukri Walker, who claims to have seen Prince Andrew with a young woman in a nightclub in London at the time of Giuffre. claims she was abused by him.

The submission does not seek depositions from anyone within the Royal Family or from Andrew himself. A spokesman for Giuffre’s lawyers did not immediately respond when asked if they had decided to file other UK residents in swimsuits.

Olney is listed in Epstein’s infamous ‘black book’, leading Giuffre lawyers believe he may have recognized Giuffre during his employment with Andrew.

Andrew, 61, claimed he could not remember ever meeting Giuffre.

On Thursday, Queen Elizabeth stripped the prince of his naval and royal titles as reports that the swimsuit would be transferred ahead of time made waves in the UK.

“With the Queen’s approval and consent, the Duke of York’s military affiliations and royal patronages have been returned to the Queen,” Buckingham Palace said of the 61-year-old prince.

In a proposed letter that explains what they seek from a deposition with Olney, attorneys for Giuffre wrote, “Any communication with or regarding Plaintiff, as Defendant asserts that he has never met Plaintiff and does not never sexually abused her.”

The legal team are seeking Walker’s testimony because they claimed they saw Andrew inside the Tramp nightclub with a young girl around the same time Giuffre claims he was abused by the royal after visiting the club by night.

“Because Prince Andrew denied ever meeting the claimant or being at Tramp Nightclub during the relevant period, Ms Walker’s testimony is highly relevant,” attorney Sigrid McCawley wrote.

Giuffre claims in the swimsuit that Andrew sexually assaulted her three times when she was a teenager and fell under the thumb of Epstein and his doomed cohort, Ghislaine Maxwell.

The prince had sex with her in London, New York and on Epstein’s personal island in the Caribbean, according to the swimsuit. Andrew has repeatedly denied the allegations.

The proposed depositions are the latest improvement in the explosive civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York.

Earlier this week, Judge Lewis Kaplan ruled the swimsuit could be transferred after Andrew’s lawyers argued whether or not it should be dismissed on multiple grounds.

During a wiretap earlier this month, Andrew’s lawyer argued that a settlement agreement signed between Giuffre and Epstein in 2009 prohibited him from bringing him a bathing suit.

The settlement’s settlement barred the legal motion against ‘other potential defendants’ – but the language was too murky and ambiguous to dismiss the case, the choice dominated.
