The struggle between the wrestler who has become a leader in Congress Vinesh Phogat and the Haryana BJP government is over after the 30 -year -old woman opted for the RS 4 Prize for her performance at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Phogat reached the final of the 50 kg wrestling category at the Paris Games, but was then disqualified.
However, Haryana’s chief minister Nayab Singh Saini said Phogat would be treated as a silver medalist and that the government would reward her in the same way.
