The main event of the Oktagon 69 between Max Holzer and Deniz Ilbat will be remembered, but for bad reasons.
The two men went to war for three laps, but in the fourth, Holzer was able to leave Ilbay from there, submitting his opponent with an unpleasant starter in the back 4:14 at the first championship stanza on Saturday in Westfalenhalle in Dortmund, Germany.
After obtaining the tap, Holzer spoke of the trash in Ilbay, before an disrespectful celebration led Ilbay to lose it, chasing Holzer before bringing it out of the cage. Holzer was not injured when he continued to celebrate on the ground.
