Vanessa Lachey feels ‘blinded’ by NCIS: cancellation in Hawai’i

NCIS: Hawaii fans and stars are giving the series a sad aloha.

On April 26, Variety and several other media outlets reported that the NCIS the spin-off has been canceled and that the third season finale, on May 6, will be the last episode of the series. CBS has not publicly commented on the news, which shocked not only viewers but also the series’ lead actress, Vanessa Lachéy.

“Gutted, confused, blindsided,” the 43-year-old wrote on her Instagram Stories on April 27, before turning her attention to viewers. “Grateful, trusting and beloved fans.”

Lachey, who plays NCIS team leader Jane Tennant in NCIS: Hawaiicontinued, “I’m processing this news and still being present with my family. I love you all!”

THE Love is blind The co-host added, “Mahalo Nui Loa,” which means “Thank you very much” in Hawaiian.

Lachey’s partner Tori Anderson echoed the actress’ remarks in response to the news.

“I’m really having a hard time understanding this one,” she wrote on X. “Thank you to our incredible team who made every day feel like a dream.”
