Vandals spray Madison church with anti-pro-life graffiti – NBC Chicago

Madison police are investigating after someone spray painted a Madison church with anti-life graffiti.

WMTV reported on Saturday that police believe someone spray-painted the graffiti on the front door and signs of St. Bernard Catholic Church overnight.

The church’s pastor, the Reverend Michael Radowicz, said the parish was saddened by the graffiti but the vandalism did not solve any problem.

Last month, the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the landmark 1973 decision that essentially legalized abortion nationwide. The reversal has created questions about whether Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban is now in effect.
