Val Kilmer’s death certificate reveals the critical details of the actor’s death

The actor Val Kilmer died of pneumonia with several underlying causes, revealed his death certificate.

Acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (low oxygen administration), chronic respiratory failure and epidermoid carcinoma (skin cancer) of the language base have been listed as underlying causes.

Malnutrition and tracheocutaneous fistula (often caused by a tracheotomy to open a hole in the trachea) were part of the contributory factors.
