Emma Hayes’ first official act as coach of the United States women’s national soccer team took place Tuesday with the unveiling of a 23-player roster for two Olympic preparations against South Korea.
The team includes five members from NWSL champion Gotham FC, five from European clubs and four from the Washington Spirit: forward Trinity Rodman, goalkeeper Aubrey Kingsbury, defender Casey Krueger and rookie midfielder Hal Hershfelt.
