‘Urgent’ search underway for missing six-year-old girl in south-east London: ‘Extremely concerned’ police are asking residents to ‘check their gardens and sheds’ in a desperate appeal to help find the girl who went missing at 10.40pm

Police have launched an urgent search for a missing girl from a south-east London housing estate.

Eudine, aged six, was reported missing at around 10.40pm last night in the Thamesmead area of ​​Greenwich and has not been seen since.

Officers did not give the girl’s surname but said they were “extremely concerned for her welfare” and asked anyone in the area to check gardens and outbuildings for her.

She was seen on CCTV around midday yesterday wearing light pink long-sleeved pyjamas and a white shoulder bag with a daisy pattern. She is between 1.18m and 1.20m tall.

“We are extremely concerned for her welfare and officers are carrying out urgent enquiries to locate her.

“He was reported missing from the Thamesmead area of ​​Greenwich at 10.40pm on Monday.”

They added: “Eudine was seen alone on CCTV around midday.

“We ask local residents to call us immediately to provide us with any information about his whereabouts.

“If you live in or near Thamesmead, please check gardens, sheds and locked areas, as well as CCTV or doorbell footage.

“Eudine is between 1.18 and 1.20 m tall and was wearing light pink long-sleeved pajamas. She also had with her a white shoulder bag with a daisy pattern.”
