(Reuters) –ult Beauty said on Wednesday that his finance manager, Paula Oyibo, had left the role after just over a year and appointed the initiate Chris Lialios as an interim financial director.
Oyibo joined the beauty products retailer in 2019 and became his finance chief in April 2024, succeeding the longtime financial director Scott Settersten.
Lialios joined Ulta Beauty in 1999 and managed various roles around accounting and finance.
The company, which began an external search for a permanent successor, also reaffirmed its target of annual sales growth up to 1.5% and a profit per share provided between $ 22.65 and $ 23.20.
It increased its annual profit objective in May, helped by a solid demand for its new product launches such as milk makeup and K-Beauty skin care brands.
Ulta Beauty’s shares fell by around 1% at the start of negotiations. They increased by around 6% this year, but lost around 11% of their value since Oyibo took care of last year on April 1.
