UK Finance Minister Nadhim Zahawi has officially endorsed Liz Truss to be the next leader of the Conservative Party, The Telegraph reported on Sunday.
Foreign Secretary Truss “will overthrow outdated economic orthodoxy and lead our economy conservatively,” Zahawi wrote in The Telegraph.
Earlier, UK Defense Secretary Ben Wallace also endorsed Truss to become the country’s next prime minister.
