Muhammad Naimov beats Kaan ofli by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)
Muhammad Naimov closed the preliminaries with a very rebound effort against the recent finalist of the tuf, Kaan Ofli.
“Hillman” was the superior fighter from start to finish in this one, displaying all the facets of his game when he exceeded and exceeded the OFLI in the three laps. Whenever the Australian sought to take some momentum, Naimov was there to counter and reaffirm his control, using the complete compliment of his skills to fully overcome his opponent.
After being upset the last time in Saudi Arabia, it was an exceptional return to the Victories column for Naimov. It is now 4-1 at the UFC and enriched in the “second 15” of the featherweight division, which means that another opportunity to try to work forward could very well be on the horizon for the talented Tajikistan fighter.
