Two travelers arrested after a wild brawl at Chicago’s O’Hare airport: video

A huge fight involving at least a dozen people broke out during a baggage claim inside Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport Monday night, according to wild video and police officials.
Two people have been arrested following the scuffle in which travelers were seen punching, pulling their hair and rolling on the ground in an area near a recovery carousel luggages, according to images posted on Twitter.
The massive brawl was sparked by an argument between the disembarking passengers.
Travelers turned to violence on the lower level of Terminal 3 shortly after 11 p.m., Chicago police said.
Officers arrested 18-year-old Christopher Hampton and 20-year-old Tembra Hicks for allegedly punching a 24-year-old woman.
Each was charged with one misdemeanor count of battery.

The video shows several people throwing their hands in small groups.
One group jumped onto the baggage carousel where they punched and kicked each other while others fought on the floor, kicking and grabbing handfuls of hair.
A woman can be seen using her headphones as a weapon before a man throws her to the ground and punches her, prompting louder screams from the crowd according to the video.
At least three people tried to separate the various passengers who were fighting while others, off camera, shouted “stop” and shouted for safety.
