Live action Pacific Rim Eric Heisserer television series (Shadow and bone, bird box) Based on the legendary giant giant movies of giant films is in development at Amazon, Deadline confirmed. Legendary will produce the series as a lead studio for premium video, with Amazon MGM Studios.
As we mentioned earlier, the project was developing at Legendary. This is the inaugural project of the legendary television agreement with Heisserer nominated in Oscars and its chronology banner. Heisserer will be a writer and executive producer of the series.
In the Pacific Rim Universe, humanity fights monsters by creating their own monsters. Faced with oblivion, the jaegers built by humanity – mechanized and most brilliant warriors in the most courageous world around the world – to defend themselves against an invasion of colossal trans -dimensional creatures known as Kaiju.
Launch in 2013 with the feature by Guillermo del Toro of the same name, Pacific Rim extended to other media, including television with the Netflix animated series Pacific Rim: Black.
Heisserer was recently the showrunner, executive producer and writer of the Fantasy Netflix series Shadow and boneBased on the successful novels of Leigh Bardugo. Previously, he wrote the science fiction thriller led by Denis Villeneuve Arrival, With Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner, which earned him an Oscars appointment for the best suitable scenario as well as WGA and Critics Choice prices for the same category. He also wrote the successful thriller Netflix BOID BOX, With Sandra Bullock.
The legendary television and Amazon MGM Studios recently announced the development of SneerA scripted series adaptation from the Multi-Volume collection of GT Karber of mysteries of murder puzzles. Amazon MGM Studios is co-developed and co-produced the series with legendary and pacesetter for the privileged video.
