A positive case of tuberculosis (TB) has been identified at a school in Randolph County. Randolph County Public Health System leaders said the case was identified at Eastern Randolph High School. They said the person with tuberculosis had not been at the school since late April. Health officials said students and staff have been informed of the case. Health officials said they are working closely with the Randolph County school system and North Carolina state TB consultants/experts to identify people who may have been exposed to the case positive.
