Trump revokes the protection of the advisor of the advisor Covids Anthony Fauci

President Donald Trump revoked the protection of security of the former senior American health manager Anthony Fauci, who has faced death threats since the COVVI-19 response from the country.

“You can’t have security details for the rest of your life because you are working for the government,” Trump told journalists when he was asked about the decision on Friday. “It’s very standard.”

This week, Trump also revoked security protections for his former secretary of state Mike Pompeo, his former national security advisor John Bolton and former envoy Brian Hook, who all faced threats from the Iran.

Dr. Fauci has now hired his own private security team which he will pay for himself, US Media Report.

When asked if he felt responsible for the security of officials, Trump said on Friday: “They all earned a lot of money. They can also hire their own safety.”

Dr. Fauci was previously protected by federal marshals, then a private security company, which was paid by the government, according to the New York Times.

One of the most vocal republican criticisms of Dr Fauci, the Kentucky senator, Rand Paul, had asked that his security be revoked.

He wrote Thursday in an article on X that he had “sent support information to end Limousine and 24 -hour security details a day for Fauci”.

“I only wish him peace but he must pay his own limousines,” he said.

Trump also revoked the security authorizations of 51 intelligence officials who said that Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the conventional pipes of a Russian information operation”.

Under the American protocol, the former presidents and their spouses are granted life protection for life. But the protection of other American officials is decided on the basis of the evaluation of threats to the intelligence community.

As a former head of the National Institute for Infectious Allergies and Diseases, Dr Fauci faced death threats during and after the coronavirus pandemic, as well as criticism from the republicans on mask and d mandates and ‘Other restrictions coche.

He directed the institute for 40 years, including during Trump’s first term. Trump had also awarded presidential beefs to Dr Fauci who sat on the working group on the speed of operation Warp during the pandemic.

Before leaving his duties, the president of the time, Joe Biden, published a preventive forgiveness for Dr Fauci.

The doctor told us that he had “really appreciated” Biden for acting, adding that the possibility of prosecution had created “immeasurable and intolerable distress” in his family.

“Let me be perfectly clear, I have not committed any crime and there is no possible reason for an allegation or a threat of criminal investigation or prosecution,” he said.
