In the interview with Maria Bartiromo, the host of “Sunday Morning Futures” on Fox News, Trump also said that he was planning to increase prices against Mexico and Canada. The interview took place Thursday at the White House.
Referring to “the growing concerns of a slowdown”, Ms. Bartiromo asked Mr. Trump: “Do you expect a recession this year?”
“I hate to predict things like that,” replied Mr. Trump. “There is a transition period, because what we do is very large. We bring the wealth in America. It’s a great thing, and there are always periods of, it takes a little time. It takes a little time, but I think it should be great for us. »»
