Trump facing contempt hearing before witness testimony continues in “hush money” trial

The first witness in Donald Trump’s historic criminal trial is scheduled to return to the stand later Tuesday morning, but the court will first hold a hearing to determine whether Trump will be held in contempt of social media posts that the prosecution says would violate an order of silence.
