President Donald Trump announced a 90 -day break on Wednesday on the full effect of his new reciprocal rates for at least certain countries.
Trump in an article on social networks also said that he “had considerably reduced the reciprocal rate during this period, by 10%, also immediately”.
Trump also said that he increased the prices imposed on China’s imports at 125% “immediately” due to the “disrespect that China has shown in global markets”.
The social post of Trump’s truth has attributed its decision to suspend the full effect of the tariffs that “more than 75 countries” contacted US officials “to negotiate a solution” to exchange concerns that it has raised to impose the new functions.
