Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and former Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman are fighting over copyright issues Regarding the number eight, Aikman took to social media to suggest a path to resolution.
“Hey Lamar,” Aikman posted, “this looks like an interesting conversation.” around a few cold beers from HUIT! Maybe Steve Young can referee??”
Steve Young’s image plays out on several levels. First, he wore number 8. Second, he has a law degree.
Aikman and Lamar will meet at least twice this season, for two Monday night games. Get Steve to Los Angeles for the Ravens-Chargers game on Nov. 25, and they can talk it out once and for all.
Regardless, it would be wise for Aikman to take a lighter approach to the situation. If Lamar turns a deaf ear to ESPN ahead of the Weeks 7 and 12 games, it will be harder for Aikman and the rest of the broadcast team to do their jobs.
