Country singer Morgan Wallen appeared to be flirting with a woman minutes before throwing a chair off the roof of a Nashville bar.
Wallen threw the chair from the Chiefs Bar around 10:53 p.m. on April 7, with officers saying the chair landed just three feet away from them.
He was then arrested, but was released three hours later on $15,250 bail. In his post-arrest photo, Wallen smiles brightly for the camera.
It has now been revealed that Wallen spoke to a woman just three minutes before throwing the chair.
It’s unclear what exactly they were talking about, but witnesses told TMZ that they were flirting and that a member of Wallen’s crew ordered customers not to take photos.

They also said Wallen appeared drunk.
The musician was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
According to sources, Wallen was distraught after discovering that his ex-fiancée Katie ‘KT’ Smith had run off with Luke Scornavacco on April 3 – just five days after their engagement.
KT began her relationship with Luke in June 2023, approximately four years after ending her relationship with Wallen.
Luke finally proposed to the social media influencer, who shares a child with Wallen, on March 29, 2024.
The couple announced their elopement via Instagram a few days later with the caption “swipe for a surprise.”
The surprise in question was their marriage certificate from the Wilson County Clerk’s Office in Tennessee, confirming that the couple had indeed married.
The country singer’s attorney said Wallen is fully cooperating with authorities following the incident at Chiefs Bar and is scheduled to appear in court on May 3.
