El Paso, Texas (KTSM) – Good evening, Borderland. I hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful Saturday.
I don’t know if many of you noticed, but there was a lot of humidity in the air this morning. I had to redo my hair after hosting Daiso’s grand opening earlier. Talk about humidity and a bad hair day.

On Sunday, the temperature is expected to reach 99 degrees, accompanied by warm breezes throughout the day. Southwest winds will be 10 to 15 mph. Our overnight low will cool to 72 degrees.
Monday we can expect to see light winds and sunny skies again. Our predicted maximum warms up to 100 degrees.
Tuesday will match Monday’s high of 100 degrees and sunny skies. We won’t have any issues that day other than making sure you stay hydrated and wear sunscreen.
Wednesday is going to be hot. We expect the day to reach 104 degrees. In the evening, we cool down to 74 degrees.
Thursday is when things start to change. The day’s high is expected to reach 106 degrees, coupled with a 20 percent chance of storms in the evening.
Friday is also a similar story with a forecast high of 103 degrees and a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Rain will begin in the afternoon and persist until late evening.
Now as we move into the weekend, rain will still be around. I hope everyone is happy to finally see some humidity as we won’t be in monsoon season until June 15th.
On Saturday, there’s a 15 percent chance those afternoon showers will return, with a predicted high of 100 degrees. Evening temperatures cool to 75 degrees.
Windy conditions are expected Sunday with a high chill expected from those triple digits to 97 degrees.
On Monday, broken clouds will appear here and we expect a high of 94.
