Travis Kelce joins Taylor Swift on stage for an appearance on the Surprise Eras tour

Gracie Abrams also joined Swift for a surprise duet of their song “Us” during the third and final London show of the weekend.

Taylor Swift performed on the third and final night of her Eras Tour in London on Sunday, where a special guest joined her on stage: her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Kelce, dressed in a tuxedo and top hat, literally swept the pop star during the “I Can Do This With a Broken Heart” transition from Swift’s show at London’s Wembley Stadium. He then performed a short routine alongside Swift’s backup dancers, who also wore black tie attire.

This didn’t mark the end of special guests during the show, as Swift was soon joined by her friend (and frequent opening act) Gracie Abrams, who joined her for a duet of their song “Us” during the segment acoustic surprise songs. .

“Us” is a song that Swift and Abrams wrote and sang together for the latter artist’s new album, “The Secret of Us,” released Friday. Swift began the acoustic segment by singing a substantial portion of the number on her own, before taking a break while Abrams walked down the long ramp leading to stage B. Swift then spoke about the compressed songwriting session that got them brought in to create the melody together, before rebooting it as a full joint performance, with Abrams playing piano while Swift strummed an acoustic guitar.

After Abrams left, Swift then performed the other surprise song of the evening, an acoustic version of the “1989” favorite, “Out of the Woods,” which was briefly mixed in at the end with another track from this album, “Clean”. »

Sunday night marks the last of three shows at Wembley Stadium, although Swift will return in August for five more dates to complete the European leg of the tour.

During her first London show on Friday night, Swift took a selfie with Prince William, who celebrated his 42nd birthday at the concert alongside children George and Charlotte.

Several celebrities, including Hugh Grant, Tom Cruise, Liam Hemsworth, Rachel Zegler, Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, attended Swift’s second date during her stop in London on Saturday evening.
