TJ Holmes and Amy Robach engaged

After joining the ABC morning show in 2012, Amy Robach took over the post-Hello America time slot as host after the Pandemic: what you need to know the series was transformed into GMA3: what you need to know.

TJ Holmeswho was recruited by ABC News in 2014 and quickly became friends with Robach, was later named co-host.

“You couldn’t have picked a better person to ask me what I was thinking,” Robach told People“Because we’ve been trying to find a way to work together for literally five years.”

Going on to describe Holmes “as my brother,” Holmes said, “We can just finish each other’s sentences. We get along so well. It’s so wonderful to have, again, it’s that trust, and you don’t always have that on set. But I know that no matter what I do or say, he has my back and vice versa, and that’s it.”

Robach also shared that she and her husband, Andrew Shueoften went out on double dates with Holmes and his wife, Marilee Fiebig.
