Timberwolves 102-97 Warriors (May 10, 2025) Summary of play

San Francisco–Anthony Edwards struck a 3-point base point with 1:19 to play and scored 36 points, Julius Randle had a triple-double of 24 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds, and the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Golden State Warriors 102-97 Saturday evening for a 2-1 advance.

Jimmy Butler collected 33 points, seven assists and seven rebounds and Jonathan Kuminga scored 30 on the bench, but the Warriors still did not have the kind of rhythm they have with Stephen Curry on the ground.

Kuminga pulled 11 for 18 while the Warriors mixed again and sat down while playing without curry while breastfeeding the hamstrings who injured that he injured at the start of the match on Tuesday.

Match 4 is Monday evening at the Chase Center.

The Warriors coach Steve Kerr said that his team had to win with La Défense – and his team could not make key stops in the section.

Edwards, who has shown no sign of being hindered after hitting his left ankle in the second quarter of match 2, shot down a 3 -point green point with 6:16 to play, while Jaden McDaniels made another 3:20 key to play.

Randle started 1 for 6 and missed its first four trials at 3 points before connecting 6:30 a.m. before half-time to put Minnesota 39-29 and force Warriors for a time. He pulled 10 for 23.

The 3-point pointer from Buddy Hield with 1:56 on the left fired Golden State in 93-89, then McDaniels threw the ball a few moments later but the Warriors were botched.

Golden State missed his five 3-point trials in the first half, but still led 42-40, then Hield found a little pace and scored 14 second half.

Draymond Green dotted 4:38 to play, whistled for his sixth staff trying to block a McDaniel shot which seemed questionable on several criticisms of proofreading. Green swam on the ground to the bench of frustration warriors then shot his warm -up jacket and was held with hands on the hips.

Green kept his emotions in check two days after a fan was ejected and was the subject of an investigation by the Wolves if he led comments racily loaded forward from the Warriors. Kerr applauded the management of the situation by Minnesota.

Trayce Jackson-Davis moved into the Warriors’ departure training after scoring her six goals on the field and collected 15 points and six rebounds in match 2, but only played 11 minutes.
