Unitedhealthcare appointed a long -standing employee on Thursday, Tim Noel, as a new managing director, replacing Brian Thompson, killed last month in a shooting in Manhattan.
Noel was responsible for Medicare and Retirement at Unitedhealthcare, the United Group’s insurance unit, where he has been working since 2007, the company said in a statement.
