Eight TikTok influencers have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government in an effort to block the enactment of a law passed and signed last month that requires TikTok to be sold by Chinese owner Byte Dance by January, under penalty of a possible nationwide ban. Scott MacFarlane has more.
