Tiger Woods made an emotional return to the competition golf after the death of his mother Kultida earlier this month.
Woods was released for Tuesday’s TGL event in Florida with his son Charlie by his side, just two weeks after the death of Kultida at the age of 80.
Before the start of the match, the golf legend admitted that she had struck at home coming back to TGL – which was the last competition in which her mother saw him play on January 27 before his death.
“It was the last time she watched me play, so a little emotional to come here tonight,” he said in an interview on ESPN.
