This Morning star Ben Shephard strips naked with his ‘budgie-loving, smuggler-loving’ sons

This morning, Ben Shephard undoubtedly got a lot of people talking after stripping down to his swimsuit with his sons.

The TV star was back fronting the ITV show on Monday (January 6) alongside Cat Deeley. Upon meeting his friend, Ben recalled what he had done during the vacation.

But things quickly took a cheeky turn on This Morning…

Ben Shephard returns to This Morning

On This Morning, Ben revealed how he and his family – wife Annie and their two sons Sam, 19, and Jack, 16 – spent their Christmas.

“Brilliant. We were in Cornwall. There were about 25 of us swimming on Christmas Day.

She asked: “Can we just talk about the left of this photo and the budgie smugglers? »

Ben replied: “My brother and sons are fans of the budgie smuggler.

“It was freezing cold… It was a really rocky beach! He added: “It was really uncomfortable going in. »

A shot of Ben with his two sons then appeared on the screen as he continued to speak. He proclaimed, “There’s me and the boys!”

“We’ve taken out the parakeet smugglers for everyone’s breakfast.”

It comes after Ben shocked fans last month after posting a rare video of him training with his son – and fans couldn’t get over Sam’s ‘size’.

Ben wrote in the caption: “It took a few sets and a lot of grunting, huffing and puffing, but we finally got there! »

The fast-forwarding clip shows the father and son doing several sets of intense exercises to complete the challenge.

A significant number of fans were surprised to see Ben’s eldest son growing up. One of them said: “Your son is your double!” Another shared: “He’s so much bigger than you now Ben.” » A third fan wrote: “He’s a big boy. »
