Back in episode 2, we saw many key characters head for their first luxury breakfast. The Ratliffs appreciated their morning when the three friends Jaclyn, Laurie and Kate sit at the table next to them. It was a strange moment to say the least and to follow the release of the episode a lot theorized as to what the meaning of the scene could mean. Some have theorized that it was to show Kate’s supposed social escalation, while others thought that Victoria did not remember because of the drugs she took.
Many fans expected the scene to be mentioned or for the couple to have another crossover, some suggesting that the connection of the pair could be the way Victoria discovers Timothy’s money problems and the FBI investigation.
However, after the final, the scene and the history of the pair have never been mentioned and he left certain fans frustrated by the end of the series.
