Luke Grimes Returns in Kayce Dutton’s boots.
THE Yellowstone actor – who depicts the son of Kevin CostnerJohn Dutton III – will resume his role of the flagship show in a new series temporarily entitled Y: MarshallsAnnounced CBS.
“With the Ranch of Yellowstone behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of American marshals,” the network said in a press release on May 7, “combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy Seal to bring justice to Montana, where he and his teammates must balance the family, the duty and the high psychological cost which is accompanied by the final line of defense.”
The new Yellowstone The spin-off-one of several of the successful franchise-is planned on CBS in mid-season 2025-26 Taylor Sheridan will both be executive producers as well as several others, including Spencer Hudnutwho will also work as a showrunner.
“Cowboys do not say goodbye,” said Grimes on May 7 on his Instagram about the new series, “they say later.”
