Trace Cyrus, child, wanted to be like papa Billy Ray Cyrus growing up. Nowadays, he says, he can “hardly recognize” his father as someone he once thought “the coolest person of all time”.
The youngest Cyrus, whose sisters are the stars of pop Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus, expressed his complex emotions on the singer of “Acy Breaky Heart” on Instagram on Wednesday. The emotional open letter said that he and his sisters “were really worried about” their father for years and said “you have all rejected”.
Billy Ray Cyrus shares five children with the ex-wife Tish Cyrus-Purcell: the adoptive children Trace and Brandi (which Tish welcomed with his first husband, Baxter Neal Helson), more Miley, Borament and Noah. He is also the father of Christopher Cody Coody, whom he welcomed with ex-girlfriend Kristin Luckey in 1992. Billy Ray and Tish married from 1993 to 2022.
Trace Cyrus, 35, said Wednesday that her 63 -year -old father was not present for Noah (“she deserves better”) and that her relatives “hung on memories” and have kept the hope that ” ‘Man that we once knew “would come back.
“You are not in good health dad and everyone notices it,” continued Cyrus.
He added: “I hope you realize that this message comes only from a place of love and to fear that the world will lose you far too early.”
Beyond the dissemination of his grievances and his family, traces Cyrus apparently gave a helping hand to his distant father who, according to him, crosses his own personal problems.
“I would love to help you if you would open it and receive the help,” wrote Trace, who said he has been alcohol -free for over a year.

Trace Cyrus shared his statement a few days after his father performed President Trump on Monday on Monday. The elder Cyrus launched his inauguration day which sings both on his verse and rapper Lil Nas X on their 2019 tube “Old Town Road”, although his voices were in particular drowned by the clip that played in its entirety in the background. At one point, he stopped – then restarted – his song to synchronize with the video.
“I think you warm up, to be honest,” he told the participants, before making the refrain “Old Town Road” in rehearsal for 30 seconds.
He admitted: “They told me to kill as much time as possible.”
Billy Ray Cyrus, after addressing several technical difficulties, concluded his set by singing a minute of “Achy Breaky Heart”, a song of almost 3½ minutes, a capella. On Instagram, he nicknamed the last part of his performance “the most fun” part of the Monday ball.
