The former botter of Mason Crosby Packers announced his NFL retirement.
The 40 -year -old spent 17 seasons in the league, helping Green Bay beat the Pittsburgh Steelers to win the Super Bowl XLV.
It was selected by the packers in the sixth round of the 2007 draft and spent 16 seasons in Green Bay.
On Wednesday, it was announced that Crosby had informed the packers of his decision to retire with the team.
Only Aaron Rodgers played more seasons with Green Bay than Crosby, which holds the franchise record for career points (1,918), field goals (395), goals on the field of 50 yards (43) and additional points (733).
Crosby also broke the 100 -point barrier in 15 of its 16 seasons in the NFL – only Adam Vinatieri (21) and Jason Elam (16) have more.

The 40 -year -old man, who played university football in Colorado, was the 193rd choice in total in the draft.
But he continued to play nearly 300 games for Green Bay. His counting of 258 regular seasonal appearances and 23 in the playoffs is the most in the history of the team.
After leaving the packers in 2022, Crosby ended his player career with three appearances for the New York Giants in 2023.
