The White House is the last to target Selena Gomez for a video now deleted that she published by herself by crying in recent immigration repression.
In a clean video, the White House presented the mothers of two women and a 12 -year -old girl who were killed by condemned undocumented migrants.
Tammy Nobles, Kathy Hamilton’s mother, who was killed and raped in a mobile house in Maryland by Salvadoran national Walter Javier Martinez, said to Gomez: “You don’t know who you cry.”
“What about our children who were brutally murdered, raped and beaten to death and left on the ground by these illegal immigrants?” Nobles asked.
The video, shared on X by the press secretary Karoline Leavitt and the marking of Gomez, presented snapshots of the actress’s video, in which she cried to feel helpless in the middle of the recent mass deportations initiated by the President Donald Trump. The video was published in its Instagram history on Monday, but was then deleted after the counterpoup.
“I’m really sorry, I would like to be able to do something, but I can’t,” said Gomez, whose paternal grandparents have emigrated from Mexico, in the video. “I don’t know what to do. I will try everything, I promise it.”
Patty Morin, Rachel Morin’s mother, said that she thought that Gomez’s video is “a cunning to deceive people and arouse sympathy for anarchy”.
Rachel Morin, mother of five, was found dead on the MA and PA path of Maryland in 2023. Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, was arrested as part of his murder. He would have come to the United States without permission after having fled El Salvador, where the authorities were looking for him in the death of a young woman there, according to an official in Maryland.
Alexis Nungaray, whose 12 -year -old daughter, Jocelyn Nungaray, was found dead last summer, said it was hard to believe what Gomez said in his video “because she is an actress”.
Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Pena, 26, were accused of the capital murder of a child in connection with the death of Nungaray. The two suspects had a violation of immigration to immigration and customs’ application on their judicial archives.
The 12 -year -old murder was the subject of debates between Trump and former president Joe Biden last year, Trump presenting himself in Truth Social to blame the border policies of the Biden administration for his death. Biden’s campaign retaliated, stressing the role of Trump in the birth of a bipartite border agreement in the congress.
Nungaray’s mother said she appreciated the recent immigration policies that Trump had implemented.
“It’s been only two weeks, if that, since he was in power and he takes responsibility, and he makes movements, and he makes things happen,” said Nungaray in the White House video.
Nobles and Morin criticized what they said to be a lack of concern for what happened to their daughters.
“They didn’t cry for our daughters,” said Nobles.
