How to invite as the best
Do you hear that? It is the noise of wedding bells that officially launch the season, where we are witnessing our friends and family say: “I do it.”
And it doesn’t matter where they do, or how they do it, now that the wedding season has started, it’s the ideal time for some reminders on how to be a good guest.
It’s not just about introducing yourself or even your gift – if you choose to give one. When you sail in the wedding, here are some things to keep in mind:
- Where is your RSVP? Wedding planner Elisabeth Kramer says that if you don’t want to be an immediate headache, RSVP in time. “When you refuse RSVP, you force the couple to find information when they are already busy planning their marriage,” she wrote.
- Do not expect a plus. Although you may want to bring a guest, it cannot always be guaranteed due to place or budget constraints. The coach of the label Myka Meier told an upset guest: “That said, the label goes in both directions. You are never forced to attend as a guest if the invitation is not suitable for your level of comfort.”
- Gift thoughtively. To Gift or not to GOFT is the last wedding debate. Some undress completely, especially if they travel long distances to attend the big day. The writer contributing Ivana Robinson writes that she has “no regret” to withdraw from gifts.
- Take the dance floor For the love of God – or, says more simply, enjoy the moment. One day, the wedding season will be behind you, and you could even miss the big gatherings like the contributing writer of Bi, Alice Sanders. “Now in the forties, I don’t see so many friends, and I would have liked to appreciate these gatherings more,” she said.
VO2 Maxxing
With the kind permission of the Core / Santara group
Your VO2 Max – The ability of your body to circulate and effectively use oxygen – is a key longevity metric. Olav Aleksander Bu leads to elite athletes, but you can use its strategies to increase your VO2 max even if you are not one.
BU uses the “Norwegian method”, which balances the intensity of training with recovery periods. Understanding factors such as heart rate and heat helps determine the stress that your body can solve.

Cheap steak force test

The writer Steven John put the value of three steakhouse channels to the test. He ordered six ounce suronge steaks in Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse and Outback Steakhouse.
While all three had a decent value, John said that one stamped him. The winner cost less than $ 25, even after tax and tip.
A surlodious to govern them all.
