The View adds new show as Whoopi abruptly changes schedule to join ’emergency’ taping after Trump verdict

THE View abruptly changed its schedule after the verdict in Donald Trump’s secret trial was announced.

US daytime television announced it would add another show on Friday in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

They plan to discuss top trending topics, a popular segment on The View, including the shocking verdict on 77-year-old Trump.

On Thursday, the jury found the former president guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records.

On social media, fans were shocked but excited to hear about the latest addition to the series.

“Lmao wonder what the hot topic is tomorrow,” one fan said sarcastically.

“The girls are going to have a field day with this tomorrow lol, I can’t wait,” said a second.

“The view is going to be so beautiful tomorrow,” tweeted another excited fan.

This is not the first time that The View has undergone an abrupt schedule change for political reasons.

Earlier this month, the beloved talk show took a brief break to show a news segment regarding Joe Biden.

The current president took the time to address the university protests taking place across the United States.
