The United Arab Emirates condemn the Israelis killers to death to death

The United Arab Emirates sentenced three people to death on Monday for the murder of an Israeli-Moldvan double citizen who was killed in November in the Gulf country, reported WAM news agency reported.

A fourth accused was sentenced to life prison in connection with the murder of Zvi Kogan, a representative of Chabad water, an Orthodox Jewish group who has chapters in the world and seeks to build links with unconffiliated and secular Jews or other sects of Judaism.

THE Safety chamber of the State of the Court of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Abu Dhabi condemned the three people of the kidnapping and murder of the Moldovan-Israeli citizen ZVI Kogan. The three of them were sentenced to the death penalty and the fourth perpetuity, for premeditated murder with a terrorist intention.

The Attorney General, Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, ordered that the four accused were provoked at a quick trial in January 2025, following surveys carried out by the continuation of state security, which revealed that the defendants had followed and murdered the victim.

The evidence presented by the continuation of state security in court included the detailed confessions of defendants on murder and kidnapping crimes, as well as medical-legal reports, post-dead exam conclusions, details of the instruments used in crime and testimonial testimonies.

The sentence under the law of water

The court unanimously sentenced the three accused who committed the murder and abduction to death. At the same time, the accomplice who helped them were sentenced to perpetuity, followed by a deportation of the country after having served his sentence.

Under the water law, the sentences of capital punishment are automatically subject to the appeal and are returned to the criminal division of the Federal Supreme Court for Examination and Arbitration.

The Attorney General stressed that the verdict “reflects the unwavering commitment of water to fight terrorism in accordance with the highest standards of justice and the rule of law while ensuring equitable trial guarantees”.

The Attorney General also added that water laws protect all residents, regardless of religion or ethnicity, guaranteeing their security and safety.
