The Twigs Fka abandon Coachella among the current visa problems

The North American tour dates of FKA Twigs in April were canceled due to “current visa problems”. Nixed shows include its performances in Coachella in Indio, California, later this month, and an ax ceremony in Mexico this weekend.

The artist announced the cancellations of X on Friday, writing that it was “devastated” that “due to current visa problems, I am unable to see through my tour dates planned for the rest of April across North America, including the ceremony and the coach.” The news arrived after Anitta said last month that she was moving away from this year Coachella for “unexpected personal reasons”.

Twigs pointed out that she remained “delighted to bring you a creation in which I shed my soul and I believe it is among my strongest work”, adding: “I know that this news has an impact on so many of you who have already made plans and spent money to see these shows.” The singer promised that she was working to reprogram the dates affected and advised fans of the tickets for the shows canceled to refer to their “purchase point for more details and reimbursement information”.

She added, she would be “back to you all with more updates as soon as I have them” and shared images of her favorite moments of the tour that she and her team “worked so hard to create”.
