Today, the environmental quality advice (CEQ), in consultation with the National Energy Dominance Council and the relevant license agencies, has issued an authorization technological action plan to modernize the federal environmental examination and authorization processes for infrastructure projects involving roads, bridges, mines, factories, power plants and more.
