Salt Lake City – The viral trend of “chicken jockey” led a live chicken to watch “A Minecraft Movie” in a provo theater.
What is the trend of “jockey chicken”?
A massive trend on social networks is currently around the film “Minecraft”, where fans in theaters are launching popcorn, drinks and ravages when the main character Steve, played by Jack Black, announces different game articles – in particular “Chicken Jockey”.
This trend led the student to Provo, Chuck Nadauld, and his friends trying to be a little creative.
“Me and my other friend before the film led to a farm and bought a chicken for $ 15.”
Nadauld said he had introduced the smuggling of chicken into theaters, and that appreciated the film, eating popcorn at his feet, before lifting it high in the air during the chicken jockey scene.
He and his friends were quickly removed from the theater.
‘The crowd has gone crazy’
Cinema director Nick Gamble said he knew something was going on when customers left the theater and asked to get reimbursements because they were uncomfortable.
“I was actually supposed to leave at 6 pm that evening, but I stayed to help because I knew they were going to need help that evening,” said Gamble.
He said he decided to monitor the screening and stopped the film after someone sparked a horn. After that, the crowd moved to the chicken jockey scene.
“The crowd has gone mad at that.”
Gamble said that he had never seen the chicken itself, but quickly stopped the film while another manager told them that they should leave. Gamble said he didn’t want to stop the pleasure of anyone, but this behavior crossed a line.
“Do not bring objects or objects that will cause damage or a danger to other moviegoers.”
Gamble said that this incident alerted them that this kind of thing can happen to anyone, in any field, and to be prepared for this in the future
The consequences
Videos of Nadauld and the antics of his friends have collected hundreds of thousands of views on social media platforms.
He said he had obtained positive and negative comments online, including people who gave him death threats and his family.
But overall, Nadauld said: “No regrets.”
However, he wants him to help employees in the theater clean the consequences.
And what happened to the chicken, you can ask? Nadauld said he had given it to a very lively farm.
